The Women's Breathwork Circle creates a safe affordable space for women to come and try Breathwork, with a qualified Breathworker.
This simple, safe, conscious connected breathing technique can assist in reducing stress.
It can identify thoughts and patterns from your past that maybe preventing you from living in the present,
creating deep relaxation and peace.
What to bring: wear comfortable clothing and rug, you will be laying on the floor for approximately an hour.
