Women's Breathing Circle

The Women's Breathwork Circle creates a safe, affordable space for women to try Rebirthing/ Breathwork Therapy with a qualified Breathworker. This simple, safe, conscious, connected breathing technique can help reduce stress. It can also identify thoughts and patterns from the past that may be preventing you from living in the present, creating deep relaxation and peace.

Individual sessions
Individual Breathwork Therapy sessions enable you to go into deeper levels of understanding with support of your Professionally trained Breathwork practitioner. People usually seek Breathwork when they are emotional overwhelmed and wanting to make changes in their life. These sessions provide the opportunity for clients to become aware of thoughts and patterns of behaviour that were formed from the past which may be holding them back. The conscious connected breathing technique brings awareness and insights which enables you to be aware change and release this past way of thinking returning to a peaceful way of living.

While maintaining formal government registration became cost-prohibitive, we have preserved the same high-standard foundational framework. In fact, we have expanded the material to include advanced modern techniques, giving you a richer and more extensive learning experience than the original government-regulated program.

While this specific course is delivered independently to avoid high ASQA administrative fees, our training is explicitly designed to meet the rigorous practitioner standards set by major industry bodies.
